Eligibility Criteria for Different Posts

Center Administrator

The ideal candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in women-related domains within an administrative setup, either in government or non-government projects. Preferably, candidates should have at least one year of counseling experience and be residents of the local community for better familiarity with local issues.

Case Worker

A Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology is required. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working in women-related domains through government or non-government initiatives. Preference will be given to residents of the local community.

Multipurpose Worker / Cook

Security Guard / Night Guard
