Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

The candidate must possess a graduate degree in Social Work or other relevant social fields. Candidates with a postgraduate degree are preferred and will have an advantage during the selection process.

Experience Requirements

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on gender issues in government, semi-government, or non-governmental organizations. Experience in working on women’s issues is a mandatory requirement.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates will be based on a merit list and an interview/screening process. The process involves the following components:

  • Scoring based on educational qualification (up to 60 marks).
  • Experience-based scoring (2 marks per additional year beyond the minimum, up to 10 marks).
  • Bonus marks for local residents of Chhattisgarh (2 marks).
  • Total merit marks: 80.
  • Followed by a walk-in interview or skill test worth 20 marks.

The candidate with the higher total score will be preferred. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be given priority.
