Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit
18 – 27 Years (as on 01-01-2022)
Age Relaxation: Upper age limit will be relaxed as per govt rules for SC/ST/PWD/EXS.
Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have passed Madhyamik Examination from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent
- The applicant must be able to speak, read and write the Bengali language.

- Candidates of all categories: 167 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 57 Weight (in kg.), 78 cms Chest (without expansion), 83 cms Chest (with expansion – 5 cms.)
- Gorkhas, Garhwalies, Rajbanshis and Scheduled Tribes: 160 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 53 Weight (in kg.), 76 cms Chest (without expansion), 81 cms Chest (with expansion – 5 cms.)
Lady Constable:
- Candidates of all categories: 160 (Height (Barefoot) (in cm.)), 49 Weight (in kg.)
