Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

The minimum educational qualifications required for each position are as follows:

  • Deputy Dairy Development Officer (S-2/05): Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Technology or Diploma in Dairy Science or Uttar Pradesh Dairy Development qualifications. Minimum 5 years experience in Co-operative Milk Scheme or Milk Product Plants if no B.Tech in Dairy Tech. Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script is essential.
  • Joint Director (Evaluation) (S-2/06): Post-graduate degree (minimum 48% aggregate) in Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Agronomy, Economics, Econometrics, Cultural Anthropology, Agriculture, or Engineering. At least 10 years of experience in programme evaluation. Preference for candidates with a Doctorate or PG in Engineering with project formulation experience.
  • Deputy Secretary (IT) (S-10/04): M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized university. Minimum 12 years experience in Database Management or Data Processing.
  • Deputy Director (S-2/07): Post-graduate degree in Human Geography, Statistics, Economics, Sociology, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Public Administration. Minimum 5 years of research/training experience.

Selection Process and Criteria
