Number of Positions

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification Master’s Degree in Physics or a related discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
Alternative Essential Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with a minimum of 65% marks.
Desirable Qualifications
  • For Physics route: M.Sc. coursework with courses in atomic physics and quantum optics.
  • For Engineering route: B.Tech./B.E. coursework in electronics, electrical systems, microprocessors, or optics.
Additional Certifications Qualified in any national-level tests such as GATE, NET, JEST, TIFR, etc., will be advantageous.
