Qualification & Experience Details
Educational Qualification Engineering or Commerce graduate with an MBA, Master’s, or Post Graduate Diploma (minimum two years duration) from a recognized university or institution.
Experience At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in project procurement and contract management, preferably with exposure to World Bank/Externally Aided Projects (EAP). Proven experience in preparing procurement plans, bid documents, evaluation reports, and managing procurement processes as per Bank SBD standards.
Knowledge & Skills Familiarity with GEM, AssamTenders, GFR, Assam Public Procurement Act 2017, Assam Public Procurement Rules 2020, and CVC Guidelines. Ability to upload bids and manage electronic procurement platforms effectively.
