Principal Activities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Designing and manufacturing security papers used in currency, passports, and non-judicial stamp papers.
- Overseeing the printing of currency notes and postage stamps.
- Minting of coins to enhance security features.
- Supporting the operation of four Mints located in Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Noida.
- Managing four currency/security presses in Nashik, Dewas, Hyderabad, and other associated facilities.
- Overseeing paper manufacturing at Narmadapuram Mill.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification (Essential)
Candidates must possess a Full-Time 1st Class B.E./B.Tech degree with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university or institute in the following disciplines:
- Computer Science Engineering
- Information Technology
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
Professional Certification (Essential)
Applicants must hold at least one of the following certifications in cybersecurity:
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)

- CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst)

Salary & Benefits
Monthly Remuneration
Rs. 50,000/- (all inclusive) per month.
Annual Increment
8% increase in remuneration annually based on performance and policy updates.
Leave Entitlement
One paid leave day for every 20 days of work, subject to approval and organizational policies.
Mediclaim Reimbursement
Coverage up to Rs. 2,00,000/- for group mediclaim policy including self, spouse, and dependent children. Reimbursement applicable for engagements exceeding 6 months.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Security Architecture and Design
Develop and maintain a secure cyber security architecture aligned with standards such as NIST and ISO 27001. This includes designing solutions for network segmentation, threat detection, and incident response across IT and OT environments. Collaborate with various teams to integrate security controls into systems and stay updated on emerging threats and technologies.
Vulnerability Management
Perform regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests. Develop remediation plans and oversee timely patching to mitigate risks.
Threat Detection & Incident Response
Implement security measures including IDS/IPS and SIEM tools to monitor threats. Lead incident response efforts, conduct forensic analysis, and develop incident response protocols and playbooks.
Risk Management & Compliance
Conduct cyber risk assessments and ensure adherence to national and international standards, including CERT-In guidelines. Develop security policies, oversee audits, and facilitate compliance reporting.
Awareness & Training
Design and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs for staff and third-party vendors. Promote a culture of security through campaigns and educational initiatives.
Collaboration & Reporting
Coordinate efforts across IT, OT, and other departments. Prepare reports on threat intelligence, risk posture, and security strategies for senior management.
Required Skill Set
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.

Terms & Conditions
The appointment is purely contractual for a fixed term of 3 years, with the possibility of extension based on performance. It does not constitute a guarantee of permanent employment. The engagement is full-time, and candidates must not undertake other assignments. The organization reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without reasons and to end the tenure at its discretion.
During election periods, appointments will adhere to instructions issued by the Election Commission of India.
