Essential Qualifications

The candidate must possess the following degrees from a recognized university:

  • B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering
  • M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Desirable Qualifications

Candidates with additional qualifications such as a Masters in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Machine Design, Design of Structures, and Computational Analysis will have an advantage.

Experience

Desirable experience includes:

  • Computer-aided design and modeling of structures
  • Numerical modeling of structures using ANSYS
  • Design of jigs and fixtures for orthopedic implant testing
  • Conducting implant testing and heat treatment experiments
  • Mold flow analysis
  • Drafting technical documents

Selection Process

The selection involves the following steps:

  1. Walk-in Interview scheduled on 07 February 2026 at 02:00 PM at the designated venue.
  2. If necessary, a written test of a qualifying nature will be conducted for initial screening.
  3. The marks obtained in the written test, if conducted, will not influence the final ranking.

Note: Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and performance in the interview/written test, if applicable.

Job Description

Selected candidates will undertake responsibilities including:

  • Structural design and analysis of orthopedic implant assemblies
  • Finite element modeling of orthopedic implants for simulation and analysis
  • Design of jigs and fixtures used in orthopedic implant testing procedures
  • Conducting experiments related to implant testing and heat treatments
  • Mold flow analysis for plastic components used in implants
  • Preparation of technical documents, reports, and specifications

  2. Gather original certificates and self-attested copies to prove age, educational qualifications, and experience.
  3. Obtain and carry a valid caste certificate (SC) or non-creamy layer certificate (OBC) issued by a Revenue Officer not below Tahsildar level.
  4. If already employed, submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.
