Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualification to be eligible:

  • MBBS Degree from a University or Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
  • Valid Registration Certificate issued by any State Medical Council or MCI.

Work Experience

Preference will be given to candidates having relevant post-qualification work experience. Candidates with prior experience in medical treatment, healthcare management, or related fields will be highly preferred.

Nationality

The candidate must be an Indian citizen.

Salary and Benefits

The selected GDMOs will receive a consolidated remuneration as specified below, along with several additional benefits:

Monthly Salary Rs. 1,00,000/-
Accommodation Rent-free Company’s Quarters (up to 2 BHK or equivalent), subject to availability. Electricity, water, and other charges shall be applicable.
Communication Post-paid SIM under CUG with a monthly cap of Rs. 350/- (calls, rental, taxes included).
Medical Treatment Free treatment for self and spouse at Collieries Division/BGH without referral, provided not availed from previous employer. Existing medical benefits for ex-employees will continue.
Leave Entitlement 10 days of paid leave annually, subject to prior approval.
Maternity Leave As per Maternity Benefit Act 1961, conditions apply.
