Eligibility Criteria

- Option 1: MBBS, BVSC, or BDS degree with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in health, nutrition, or public health.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Implementation
Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of project activities both centrally and in the field. Ensure the timely achievement of project milestones, monitor project schedules, and maintain detailed work plans and reports. Responsible for tracking project expenses to ensure optimal and proper utilization of funds.
2. Coordination & Supervision
Manage and build capacity within the project team, supervise field staff, and facilitate partnerships with government bodies, technical collaborators, and stakeholders. Obtain necessary approvals and manage collaborations effectively across multi-state sites.
3. Research & Technical Support
Assist in the development of research protocols, survey instruments, and data collection tools. Monitor sentinel site surveys, household line listings, dietary assessments, and ensure data quality and accuracy.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
Track project outputs and outcomes, compile data summaries, and produce periodic progress reports. Prepare technical documents, research manuscripts, and research briefs for dissemination.
5. Knowledge Management & Dissemination
Aid in preparing academic publications, presentations, and dissemination materials. Support workshops, seminars, and publication efforts to communicate project findings to stakeholders, policymakers, and the scientific community.
