Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • For all positions: First division (or equivalent) in both undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degrees; PhD in the relevant discipline is mandatory for all new entrants.
  • Engineering Departments: UG and PG degrees in Engineering with PhD in the relevant branch, or integrated UG/PG programs with PhD, or direct PhD after graduation (e.g., from CFTI institutions).
  • Physics / Chemistry: PhD with BSc/MSc or integrated MSc with PhD.
  • Mathematics & Computing: B.Tech/M.Tech or BSc/MSc with PhD in relevant fields.
  • Humanities & Management: PhD in Management, along with Bachelor’s + MBA/PGDM or an integrated Master’s program.

Experience

Experience should be from reputed institutions or industry, including central higher education institutions, NIRF top-ranked universities, R&D labs such as CSIR/DRDO, or industry with a turnover exceeding Rs. 500 crore. Preference will be given to candidates with a robust research track record, funded projects, and publications in SCI journals.
