Qualification: Central/State Govt Officers holding analogous post with 6 Yrs. regular service in Pay Band-1 of Rs.5200-20200/- with GP Rs.2800/- possessing Bachelor Degree pass SAS examination or Should have undergone training in Cash & Accounts work in ISTM having 3 Yrs. relevant experience.
