  • Manager (Civil): Greenfield or Brownfield project execution, construction management, quality assurance, earthwork, soil, piling, RCC, structural work, plant and building maintenance, piping networks, and infrastructure projects.
  • Manager (Mechanical): Maintenance of pumps, crushers, conveyors, power plants, alumina refining machinery, erection, or commissioning of alumina refineries.
  • Manager (Electrical): PLC, VFD, transformers, motors, power distribution, alumina refinery electrical maintenance, erection, or commissioning.
  • Manager (Chemical): Bayer process, calcination, zinc or copper plant processes, alumina refinery projects, erection, or commissioning.
  • Manager (E&I): Field instrumentation, DCS, PLC, alumina refinery E&I maintenance, erection, or commissioning.

Note:

– Candidates from government or PSUs must have at least 2 years of experience in the immediate lower scale.
– Reputed organizations are those listed on NSE, group A & B companies on BSE, or with an annual turnover exceeding ₹250 crore in the last three financial years.

Selection Procedure

Steps and Criteria

The selection process comprises:

  1. Written Test or Computer-Based Test (CBT): 85% weightage. Minimum qualifying marks vary by category: 50% for unreserved, 40% for SC/ST/OBC, and 30% for PwBD.
  2. Personal Interview (PI): 15% weightage. Candidates meeting the cut-off criteria are called at a ratio of 1:10 based on CBT scores.
