Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

The candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • **For the position of Chief Technical Officer (Open Category):**
    • Degree in Science with Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Food Technology, Food and Drugs, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India.
    • Experience of at least ten (10) years in the analysis of food, including six (6) years as a Public Analyst appointed under Section 8 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954.
  • **For the position of In-charge Officer (Reserved Category):**
    • Post Graduate degree in Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Food and Drugs, or an equivalent qualification certified by the Government of India.
    • Minimum of seven (7) years in food analysis, with six (6) years of experience as a Public Analyst.

Desirable Qualifications

Knowledge of Marathi language is considered beneficial for applicants applying for these posts.

Experience
