Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree from a recognized university. Additionally, applicants must be registered as a Homeopathic Medical Practitioner with the MP Homeopathic Council or any equivalent State Homeopathic Council. Registration certificates must comply with the MP Homeopathic Chikitsa Parishad Adhiniyam 1965.

Experience

No prior work experience is mandatory. Fresh graduates with a valid registration can apply for this position.

Domicile Requirements

  • For 87% posts: The candidate must hold a Madhya Pradesh domicile certificate as per Government Order dated 08.03.2022.
  • For 13% horizontal posts: Candidates from any state are eligible to apply.

Selection Process

Stages of Selection

  1. Preliminary Examination: Objective MCQ-based test assessing General Studies and Homeopathy, conducted on 28.05.2026. The exam consists of 100 marks with negative marking (1/3rd marks deducted for each wrong answer).
  2. Main Examination: Conducted on 07.06.2026 for candidates who qualify preliminary exam. The main exam includes two papers:
    • Paper 1: General Studies (60 marks)
    • Paper 2: Homeopathy Subject (40 marks)

    Total marks: 100.

Qualification Criteria

Candidates must meet minimum qualifying marks in both exams. Those successfully passing the main examination will be considered for final merit ranking. Original documents will be verified before final selection, and candidates must clear a medical fitness test.
