Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
The candidate must possess one of the following educational qualifications with relevant experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 18 years of experience in relevant fields.
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Experience in managing major infrastructure projects, including institutional, residential, or public buildings.
- Knowledge of government financial rules such as GFR, CPWD Works Manual, and proficiency in e-tendering procedures.
- Ability to prepare comprehensive project reports, DPRs, and feasibility studies.
- Experience in project coordination, supervision, and overall project administration across multiple divisions and works.
Experience and Preference
The candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in relevant fields or 18 years if holding a diploma. Retired CPWD Executive Engineers, Superintendents Engineers, or professionals from reputed construction and infrastructure organizations will be given preference.

Selection Process

Terms and Conditions of Engagement
Contract Duration
The engagement will initially be for a period not exceeding 11 months, which may be extended up to another 11 months based on satisfactory performance and requirement.
