Eligibility Criteria

Post-specific Qualifications and Experience

Finance Officer

• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent in a point scale.
• Minimum 15 years as Assistant Professor (Level 11+), or 8 years in Level 12+ including as Associate Professor.
• Experience in educational administration or research establishments.
• 15 years administrative experience, 8 of which should be as Deputy Registrar or similar.

Controller of Examinations

• Same qualifications and experience as Finance Officer.
• Dealing with examination administration experience preferred.

Deputy Librarian

• Master’s Degree in Library Science or related field with 55% marks.
• 8+ years as Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.
• Evidence of innovative library services and ICT integration.
• Ph.D. in Library Science/Information Science is desirable.

Internal Audit Officer

• Officers from Audit and Accounts Services or similar, holding analogous posts.
• 3 years regular service in Level 11 or equivalent.
• 5 years in Level 10 or equivalent in Audit and Accounts.

Executive Engineer (Civil)

• First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 8 years’ experience as Assistant Engineer in relevant fields, preferably with reputed organizations with an annual turnover ≥ Rs. 200 Crores.
• Experience in project management, contract management, and civil construction preferred.

Private Secretary

Selection Process

The university will conduct a two-stage written examination for Group B and C posts:

  • Stage 1: An Objective Type Test (Paper I) – 100 marks; minimum passing marks: 40%
  • Stage 2: Descriptive Test (Paper II) – 100 marks; minimum marks: 50%

Candidates qualifying both papers are eligible for skill tests or interviews as applicable. The merit list is generated based on performance in these stages, with additional consideration for skill tests if required. The university reserves the right to conduct a single descriptive test or combined evaluation depending on the candidate pool and post requirements.
