Eligibility Criteria for JPSC Lecturer Posts

Educational Qualifications

For Engineering/Technology Disciplines: B.E/B.Tech/B.S. degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute with First Class or equivalent. Candidates possessing both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in the relevant discipline with First Class at either level are eligible.

For Science and Humanities Subjects: Master’s Degree in appropriate subject with First Class or equivalent in both Bachelor’s and Master’s levels.

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or CSIR, or a similar test like SLET/SET for science and humanities candidates.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience

Teaching or Post-doctoral experience will be awarded 2 marks per year of relevant experience, with a minimum experience of six months qualifying for partial marks.
