Eligibility Criteria for Various Posts

Research Staff

Qualification: B.Ed in Special Education OR B.Ed OR MA in Education OR MA in Linguistics.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in deaf education, ISL, or early education fields.

Skills: Proficiency in Indian Sign Language, computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and English language proficiency.

Desirable: Candidates with B.Ed Special Education (HI) qualification will be preferred.

Research Assistant

Qualification: D.Ed in Special Education (HI), DISLI, DTISL, ISL C Level, or relevant diploma in early childhood education from RCI-approved courses.

Experience: At least 1 year in deaf education or ISL preferred.

Skills: ISL proficiency, RCI CRR registration number, computer skills.

Illustrator / Designer

Qualification: 12th pass with graduation, diploma, or certificate in illustration, graphic designing, fine art, animation, or desktop publishing.

Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW).

Language Skills: Indian Sign Language skills are required.

Desirable: Work experience in graphic designing or illustration using Adobe software.

Deaf Teacher

Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum three years of teaching experience.

Skills: Proficiency in ISL, qualified ISL ‘C’ Level or Diploma in Indian Sign Language recognized by RCI, and working knowledge of MS Word and PPT.

Desirable: RCI registration and prior teaching experience.
