Selection Process

General Information and Instructions
This position is exclusively for IRCON’s Bengaluru project on a contract basis. It does not confer any permanent or regular appointment rights. The initial appointment will be for one year, subject to satisfactory performance, with possible extension. The appointment will automatically terminate after the specified project period unless extended.
Selected candidates must have health insurance coverage of Rs. Three Lakhs with an annual premium ceiling of Rs. 4000/-, covering COVID-19 and other illnesses. Premium reimbursement will be processed upon submission of the policy copy and original receipt.
Contributions towards Provident Fund (PF) as per EPF & MP Act 1952 will be deducted from salary with a matching contribution by IRCON. PF benefits will be payable upon contract completion.
Employees are entitled to one leave per calendar month, which can be carried forward. No leave encashment is permitted during or after the contract. Weekly offs and public holidays are provided as per project schedules.
Travel allowances and Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be provided for outstation duties. No additional benefits or perks are available beyond those specified.
