Role and Responsibilities

The Deputy General Manager in the Company Affairs department will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory provisions, maintaining corporate governance standards, managing company secretarial activities, overseeing legal and regulatory frameworks, and advising the management on corporate legal affairs.
