Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

The minimum educational qualification varies by trade and includes:

  • 12th Pass for Data Entry Operator roles
  • Full-time Diploma in relevant engineering disciplines for Technician Apprentices
  • Bachelor’s Degree for Trade and Assistant-Human Resource Apprentices and Accountant roles

Essential Qualifications & Experience

All candidates must have passed their respective qualification with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for reserved posts), from a recognized institute. Part-time, correspondence, or distance education qualifications are not accepted. Higher professional qualifications like B.Tech, MBA, CA, LLB, MCA are ineligible unless explicitly specified.

Candidates with more than one year of work experience after qualification are not eligible. Similarly, candidates who have completed five years post-qualification are ineligible for apprenticeship.

Eligible candidates can undergo a maximum of two apprenticeships, with at least one year gap between two training periods, provided prior training is completed.
