Educational Qualifications

  • Second Class Post Graduate Degree including integrated PG courses;
  • All qualifications must include either NET or GATE qualification.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

  • Experience in mammalian cell culture techniques
  • Flow cytometry and animal handling skills
  • Knowledge of virological techniques such as plaque assays, viral neutralization assays
  • Experience in hybridoma technology including immunization, cell fusion, and cloning
  • Maintenance of hybridoma cell lines and monoclonal antibody production and purification
  • Operations and maintenance of bioreactors for mammalian or bacterial cell culture
  • Knowledge of bioreactor parameters and process scale-up/down techniques
