Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
The candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with a first-class or equivalent grade point average from a recognized university or institute.
Work Experience
A minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant professional experience post-qualification in operations management within any commercial organization. Out of this, at least 3 years should involve managing the operations of a business unit as a profit center.
Desirable Qualifications & Skills
- MBA from a reputed recognized institute, school, or college, or at least 3 years of experience in Technology Management or Entrepreneurship, which can be considered as an alternative to an MBA.
