Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must possess a postgraduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences, or related disciplines from recognized universities or institutions with at least 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates holding an MBA, PGDM, or Master’s degrees with a minimum of 60% marks.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates should demonstrate experience working with government missions or funded programs, a sound understanding of startup ecosystems, MSMEs, and incubation processes, as well as strong leadership, coordination, and reporting skills. Familiarity with the Jammu & Kashmir startup and MSME context is preferred.

Hands-on experience in program implementation, startup screening and mentoring, event management, outreach, and documentation is highly valued. Excellent documentation, MIS, and reporting abilities, coupled with proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools, are essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The selected candidates will receive competitive remuneration based on their respective posts as follows:

  • Innovation Hub Manager: Rs. 65,000 per month
  • Innovation Hub Assistant Manager: Rs. 45,000 per month
  • Innovation Hub Associate: Rs. 35,000 per month

Additional allowances or benefits are not applicable, and appointments are purely contractual and not regular. No accommodation or other perks will be provided by the institute.

Age Limit and General Conditions

The age limit for all positions is set between 25 to 45 years as of the advertisement’s notification date. Candidates must be willing to work at either Jammu or Srinagar campuses. The appointment is initially for one year, extendable based on performance and project needs.
