Salary and Remuneration Structure
1. Head of Professional Development Centre
The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 1,50,000, along with annual increments of Rs. 10,000, subject to applicable taxes. The position is on contract basis with a term of 3 years, extendable based on performance and institute requirements.
2. Assistant Director
Salary scale: Rs. 85,100 – Rs. 5,100 – Rs. 1,56,500 (Basic plus allowances). The emoluments are based on the pay scale in operation at the time of appointment.
3. Faculty Member
The monthly remuneration for the Faculty Member position is Rs. 1,25,000, with an annual increment of Rs. 8,000, subject to tax deductions.
4. Resident Engineer
