Role & Responsibilities
The Gym Instructor will be responsible for overseeing all fitness activities within the institute, designing and implementing training programs, maintaining gym equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. The incumbent will also coordinate fitness assessments, guide students and staff in workout techniques, and promote overall wellness initiatives across the institute.
Key Duties Include:

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Gym Instructor, fitness trainer, or similar role.
- Educational qualifications from any of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fitness, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Fitness, Physical Education, Sports Science, or related disciplines.
- Diploma in Fitness from a recognized institution.
- Participation at national or international levels in sports.
- Certification in Fitness/Conditioning/Gym Operations from a reputed institution.
- Any other equivalent qualification recognized by a competent authority.
Desirable Qualifications
- Professional certifications from international fitness organizations such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.
