Educational Qualifications
The minimum qualification required for all posts includes a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Planning combined with a full-time MBA. Alternatively, candidates can possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Planning alone, or hold CA/CMA or MBA-Finance qualifications. Terms & Conditions of Engagement
- The initial engagement period is six months, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
- Consultants shall be entitled to 12 days of paid leave per year on a pro-rata basis. Leaves beyond that are not paid or carry forward.
- Working hours are generally 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM, five days a week, with possible extended hours or shifts depending on exigencies.
- Consultants are required to have their own laptops; no other benefits or allowances shall be provided unless specified.
- No TA/DA will be paid for joining, travel, or attending interviews.
- Service can be terminated by either party with a one-month notice or equivalent compensation.
