Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Haryana Govt. is implementing Disability Pension Scheme. In order to live a comfortable life, the state government has set up facilities for disabled citizens. With the introduction of the Haryana Viklang Pension Yojana, there has been a wave of happiness among disabled persons, this scheme has given the power to be quite self-reliant for the disabled to live with dignity. You do not have to spread your hands in front of anyone for your small needs. To take advantage of this Haryana Viklang Pension Scheme, a disabled person must be a resident of the state of Haryana and his disability certificate should be from 60% to 100%.In case of disability less than this, the candidate will not be eligible as a beneficiary of the scheme. For the disabled people of Haryana, now the government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 1800/- every month.

• Haryana Viklang Pension Plan is for disabled people, therefore only disabled person is eligible for this scheme.
• The applicant applying for Haryana Viklang Pension Scheme should be a native of Haryana.
• The age of the applicant should be 18 years or above. The benefit will not be given if the age is less than this.
• If any handicapped person has a three or four-wheeled vehicle then they will not be eligible to apply in the scheme.
• The family income of the disabled applicant should not exceed Rs. 1000/- per month.
• The benefit of this scheme will be provided to persons with more than 60-100% disabilities (Disability certificate issued by the Chief Medical Officer, Community Health Center / Primary Health Center doctor will be valid). For this, they will have to compulsorily present the handicap certificate.
• People who get leprosy will also fall into this category.
• Polio-affected people or someone who has been disabled in an accident can also take advantage of this scheme.
• Domicile of Haryana & residing in Haryana for the last 3 years at the time of submission of application.
