For Specialists

Selection Process

Important Instructions & General Guidelines

  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview or during onboarding.
  • Selected candidates must deposit Rs. 50,000 as security via Demand Draft in favor of ESIC Fund Account No. 1. This amount is refundable after completion of the contract and submission of a No Dues Certificate.
  • Engagement is purely contractual. It does not confer any claim to regular employment, pension, PF, gratuity, or promotional benefits.
  • Vacancies are subject to change based on organizational requirements. Reservation policies will be followed as per Central Government rules, including provisions for PWD candidates.
  • Part-time specialists are required to work at least 16 hours per week; the “No work, no pay” principle applies.
  • Unauthorized absence for 15 days may result in termination of the contract.
