Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the qualification requirements as per the National Medical Commission (NMC) / Medical Council of India (MCI) guidelines. General Instructions & Conditions
- Candidates currently employed in government, autonomous, or statutory institutions should carry a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or proof of ‘applied for’ at the time of interview.
- Post joining, private practice is strictly prohibited.
- The contract period is either one year or until the candidate reaches 70 years of age, whichever occurs earlier.
- The appointment may be terminated with a one-month notice by either side. Resignation requires depositing one month’s salary.
- There are no provisions for Provident Fund, pension, gratuity, or other retirement benefits for contractual appointment.
- Absence for more than 7 days without prior permission may lead to termination.
- Mandatory daily attendance verification through manual system and AEBAS (Automatic Epidemiological Biometric Attendance System).
