Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Officer-in-Charge: Graduate; reserved for retired Defence Services Officers.
  • Medical Specialist: MD/MS in the relevant specialty or DNB.
  • Medical Officer: MBBS degree.
  • Lab Technician: B.Sc. (Medical Lab Technology) or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution.
  • Pharmacist: B Pharmacy degree or approved diploma in pharmacy registered with the Pharmacy Council of India.
  • Dental Assistant: Diploma holder in Dental Hygienist/Class-1 DH/DORA course (Armed Forces).
  • Chowkidar: Class 8th pass or GD trade from Armed Forces personnel, with basic computer knowledge.
  • Female Attendant: Literate with basic computer knowledge.
  • Peon: Class 8 pass or GD trade for Armed Forces personnel.

Experience Requirements

  • Officer-in-Charge: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare institutions or managerial roles.
  • Medical Specialist: At least 3 years post-postgraduate experience in the concerned specialty.
  • Medical Officer: Minimum 3 years after internship, with preferable additional qualifications.
  • Lab Technician: Min 3 years of laboratory experience.
  • Pharmacist: Min 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Dental Assistant: Minimum 5 years of experience in dental care.
  • Female Attendant & Peon: Minimum 5 years’ work experience in medical or army healthcare settings.
