Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Computer Science from a recognized university/institute with a minimum of 60% marks.

Experience
  • For IRSSE/Ex-IRSSE officers with significant expertise in Signalling and Telecommunication departments of Indian Railways, Govt. organizations, Public Sector Units (PSUs), or Metro systems.
  • Must have at least 18 years of service at Gazetted/Executive level in a government organization, PSU, or Metro department.
  • Candidate should be free from D&AR (Discipline & Appeal Rules) and Vigilance issues.
Pay Scale Eligibility (Deputation & Direct Recruitment)
  • Working on a regular basis in CDA Pay Scale at Level 14 (Rs. 144,200–218,200) or higher, OR
  • IDA Pay Scale of Rs. 120,000 – 280,000/- or higher (including deputation service).
  • Officers in Non-functional SAG at Level-14 are also eligible to apply.
