Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are post-specific, based on academic qualifications, professional degrees or diplomas, and relevant experience. Candidates must fulfill the following minimum qualifications:

Clinical Psychologist

– M.Phil in Clinical Psychology OR

– Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology.

Sr. Prosthetist / Orthotist (OH category)

– Bachelor’s in Prosthetics & Orthotics (BPO).

– Recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).

Audiologist & Sr. Speech Therapist

– Bachelor’s in Audiology and Speech & Language Pathology (BASLP) OR

– B.Sc in Speech & Hearing.

Hearing Assistant / Jr. Speech Therapist

– Diploma in Speech & Hearing.

– Knowledge of hearing aids repair and ear-mould making is desirable.

Mobility Instructor

– Matriculation (10th standard);

– Certificate or Diploma in Mobility Science.

– Preferably B.M.Sc. or D.Ed.Spl.Ed/B.Ed.Spl.Ed in Visual Impairment.

Multi-Purpose Rehabilitation Worker

– Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) OR

– Community Based Inclusive Development (CBID), Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR), or MRW qualification.

Vocational Counsellor cum Computer Assistant

– Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) OR

– Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling (ADCGC) OR

– Bachelor of Rehabilitation Science (B.R.Sc.).

Early Intervention Therapist

– PG Degree in Early Intervention or related fields: PGDDT, PGDEI, BMR, BRSc, BRT, MRSc, MSc-EI.

Trans-Disciplinary Special Educator

– D.Ed.SE or B.Ed.SE in Hearing Impairment OR relevant disability categories such as ID, CP, ASD, MD, DB, SLD.

Selection Procedure
