Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Applicants must possess
- PhD in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university; OR
- ME / M.Tech. in Environmental or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university, with at least seven years of relevant R&D experience in industrial or academic settings.
Note: Experience is counted from the date of acquiring the minimum educational qualification. Dissertation or thesis work during academic tenure is not considered as professional experience.

Selection Process
Walk-in Interview
The selection will be conducted solely through a walk-in interview scheduled for 10th February 2026 at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur. Candidates are advised to report between 09:30 AM and 11:00 AM. Late arrivals will not be entertained as the gate will be closed promptly at 11:00 AM. Important Instructions for Applicants
