Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a walk-in interview. Candidates are advised to arrive promptly and carry all relevant documents for verification.
Salary, Contract Terms, and Allowances
Salary Structure
The monthly remuneration for the selected candidate will be in the range of Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000, determined based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and the recommendation of the selection board.
Contractual Terms
- Tenure: Initially one-year contractual engagement, which may be extended by another year based on satisfactory performance, with a maximum tenure of two years.
- Place of Work: Primarily at CRPF Group Centre Greater Noida Campus, VSTC Noida, or other locations as required.
- Extension: Subject to periodic review and performance assessments.
- Leave Entitlement: 30 days pro-rata per calendar year. Unused leave will lapse.
Allowances and Benefits
- Travel expenses for official visits outside NCR will be reimbursed (by train or bus).
