Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Technical)
Candidates must possess:
- Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Technology. Alternatively, Ph.D. in Engineering or Science with relevant experience.
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in Polymers/Plastics OR relevant field.
- At least 3 years experience in pay matrix Level-11 or a total of 8 years experience in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / Research Institutions or equivalent.
Senior Technical Officer
Candidates must possess:
- Full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Technology OR Ph.D. in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience OR 3 years experience in Level-10 or equivalent in Government / PSU / Autonomous Bodies or research institutions.
