Eligibility Criteria
Manager (Technical)
Candidates should possess a full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Technology, with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in polymers/plastics, or hold a Ph.D. in Engineering or Science with relevant experience. Additionally, candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in pay matrix Level-11 or accumulated 8 years of total experience in Government, PSU, Autonomous Bodies, or Research Institutions or equivalent.
Senior Technical Officer
Applicants must have a full-time 1st Class M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Technology with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience or a Ph.D. in Engineering or Science. Candidates should also have at least 3 years of experience in Level-10 or total 8 years in relevant government or institutional roles.
Manager (P&A)
Candidate should hold Graduation in any discipline along with an MBA or PG Diploma in Public Administration, HR, Personnel, Purchase, or Finance with minimum 55% marks. A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in HR/Administration, along with strong communication skills and knowledge of government rules, is required.
Age Limit and Relaxation
The maximum age limits are as follows:
- Manager (Technical) & Manager (P&A): Up to 45 years
- Senior Technical Officer: Up to 40 years
Age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India rules, considering categories such as SC/ST, OBC, PWD, etc.
