Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualifications

  • For Finance Officer & Controller of Examinations: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. For experience, a minimum of 15 years as Assistant Professor at Level 11 or above, or 8 years at Level 12 or above, including administrative experience.
  • For Deputy Librarian: Master’s Degree in library/information science with a minimum of 55%, with 8 years’ experience as Librarian or Assistant Librarian, along with Ph.D. in relevant field.
  • For Internal Audit Officer: Officers from Audit and Accounts Services with 3 years’ regular service at Level 11 or equivalent, or 5 years at Level 10, with relevant experience.
  • For Executive Engineer (Civil): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 8 years’ relevant experience.
  • For Private Secretary & Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree and proficiency in stenography, typing, and computer applications, with required years of experience.
  • For Laboratory Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with 2-year experience in electronics/instrumentation maintenance in labs.
  • For Lower Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in English/Hindi typing, and computer skills.

2. Age Limit

Selection Process

The selection process involves multiple stages designed to assess the candidates rigorously:

Stage 1: Written Examination

The university conducts a two-stage written test:

  1. Objective Type Test (Paper I): 100 marks. Minimum qualifying mark: 40%.
  2. Descriptive-Type Test (Paper II): 100 marks. Minimum qualifying mark: 50%.

Stage 2: Skill Test / Interview

Candidates who clear the written tests are called for skill tests or interviews based on the post’s requirements. The skill test carries 50 marks with a qualifying mark of 25.

Final Merit List
