Eligibility Criteria for Both Positions
1. Faculty
The Faculty position requires candidates to have a strong educational background, communicative skills, and preferably prior teaching experience. Detailed eligibility criteria are as follows:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Science, Commerce, Arts, or equivalent disciplines.

Salary and Benefits
1. Faculty
The appointed Faculty will receive a fixed contractual amount of Rs. 30,000 per month. No additional allowances or benefits are provided under this contract.
2. FLCC Counsellor
The selected FLCC Counsellor will earn a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000 plus a mobile allowance of Rs. 1000. No other benefits, allowances, or benefits shall be payable.
