Eligibility Criteria for Both Positions

1. Faculty

The Faculty position requires candidates to have a strong educational background, communicative skills, and preferably prior teaching experience. Detailed eligibility criteria are as follows:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Science, Commerce, Arts, or equivalent disciplines.
  • Postgraduate qualifications such as MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA in Sociology, Psychology, or B.Sc./BA with B.Ed. are preferred.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Flair for teaching with proficiency in computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in the local language; fluency in English and Hindi is advantageous.
  • Typing skills in local language and English are essential; typing proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Faculty member in rural development or related areas is preferred.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Retired bank officials with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Experience working as a Faculty or in rural development roles.

Experience & Residency

  • Familiarity with local language and culture.
  • Resident of the same state or nearby district, preferably residing at the headquarters of the RSETI Centre.

2. FLCC Counsellor

The FLCC Counsellor position is suited for experienced banking or financial sector professionals, especially retirees. Criteria include:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency with MS Office, internet, and basic local language skills.
  • Effective communication skills in the local language.
  • Computer literacy is essential.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Retired or VRS (Voluntary Retirement Scheme) officers from nationalized banks such as SBI, RRBs, or other government/semi-government employees with banking and financial services knowledge.
  • Completion of relevant IIBF certification courses.

Experience & Residency

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a bank officer or permanent employee.
  • Possession of a clean service record and satisfactory service certificate.
  • Resident of the same state or nearby district, preferably residing at the centre’s headquarters.

Salary and Benefits

1. Faculty

The appointed Faculty will receive a fixed contractual amount of Rs. 30,000 per month. No additional allowances or benefits are provided under this contract.

2. FLCC Counsellor

The selected FLCC Counsellor will earn a monthly salary of Rs. 25,000 plus a mobile allowance of Rs. 1000. No other benefits, allowances, or benefits shall be payable.
