Eligibility Criteria and Qualification Requirements

1. Project Technician-III – Senior Laboratory Assistant

Essential Qualifications and Experience

The candidate must possess a 12th Pass in science with relevant graduation or diploma in Pulmonary Function Test Technology. Alternatively, candidates with a B.Sc. degree in Pulmonary Function Test Technology are preferred. Candidates with a two-year diploma in Pulmonary Function Testing, plus at least one year of relevant laboratory or research experience, are also eligible. A B.Sc. degree is considered equivalent to three years of experience.

Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience working in a pulmonary function laboratory or involved in health-related research projects, especially with fieldwork, is highly desirable. Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internet tools, along with fluency in local languages (Marwari & Hindi) and English, will be advantageous. Documented proof of experience and skills is required.

2. Project Technician-II – Field Assistant / Field Worker

Essential Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least five years of experience in field data collection, community work, or social work from a recognized government or institute. Alternatively, candidates with a 12th pass and a B.Sc. degree in social sciences or sciences with relevant experience of 2 or 3 years, respectively, are eligible. Also, a 12th pass with three years of fieldwork experience or a B.Sc. with two years of relevant experience qualifies. Candidates must be willing to work actively in the field.

Desirable Qualifications

Candidates holding a Master of Public Health (MPH), Medical Social Work, or M.Sc. Nursing degree will be preferred. Experience in community-based data collection, handling research projects, and computer skills (e.g., Office applications, internet) are advantageous. Fluency in Marwari, Hindi, and English is also preferred. Proper documentation of experience and skills is necessary.
