Eligibility Requirements

For Senior Resident:

  • A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. Candidates possessing qualifications in Part II of the third schedule must fulfill additional conditions as per Section 13 (3) of the Act.
  • A postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB/MDS) in the relevant specialty from a recognized University/Institution, as per Medical Council of India (MCI) norms.

For Junior Resident:

  • A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. The eligibility extends to candidates possessing qualifications in Part II of the third schedule, subject to fulfillment of the conditions specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
  • Must be registered with the Central or State Medical Council.

Selection Criteria
