Selection Process
Stage I: Written Examination
The initial screening involves a written test consisting of 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), with a total of 60 marks. Candidates must secure at least 50% to qualify for the next stage.
Stage II: Departmental Clinical/Practical/Lab-Based Assessment
Eligible candidates, that is those who score 50% or above in Stage I, will be called for a departmental assessment comprising practical/laboratory examination, carrying 40 marks. The number of candidates called for this assessment will be three times the number of available seats.
- Candidates must score more than 50% overall (Stage I + Stage II together) to be considered for final selection.
- No candidate with less than 50% in either stage or overall will be considered for admission.
Final Selection
The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of both stages. The highest scorers will be offered the fellowship positions, adhering to the reservation and category rules specified by AIIMS Bathinda.
Important Notes and Terms
- There are no constitutional reservation seats available for this fellowship.
