Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

The candidate must possess a Law Graduate (LLB) degree from a recognized university. The degree should entitle the candidate for registration as an Advocate in Court, ensuring they meet the legal professional requirements set by Bihar State authorities.

Selection Process

1. Preliminary Examination

The initial screening will consist of a competitive objective test comprising two papers:

  • General Studies (GS): 100 marks
  • Law Paper: 150 marks
