Eligibility Criteria

1. Age & Nationality

The candidate must be an Indian citizen, not exceeding 30 years of age as of the publication date of the advertisement. Proof of age and nationality will be required during verification.

Young Professional (Securities Market Operations)

Qualification / Experience
  • Postgraduate degree/diploma in Management (Finance specialization) with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA, or
  • CA / CS / CMA with minimum 55% in final level, or
  • Completed all 3 levels of CFA from CFA Institute (USA)
Work Experience At least 1 year in the financial sector post-qualification

Young Professional (Law)

Qualification / Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) with minimum 60% marks, or equivalent CGPA
Work Experience At least 1 year in corporate/securities law; experience in financial/legal environments preferred

Young Professional (Research)

Qualification / Experience
  • Postgraduate degree in Management (Finance specialization), Economics, Commerce, Financial Economics, Business Economics, Applied Statistics, or Econometrics with at least 60% marks
Research Experience Minimum 1 year of research experience in relevant fields; PhD holders are exempt from this requirement

Young Professional (Information Technology)

Qualification / Experience
  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Communication, IT, or Computer Science, or

Selection Process

The selection process comprises three main stages:
