1. Senior Human Resource Officer (Group-II)

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree along with Post Graduate Degree / PG Diploma / MBA / MSW / MA in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Development from recognized universities or institutes.

Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate in qualifying examinations.

Desirable: Degree in Law (will be an added advantage).

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as on 07/02/2026.

Age Limit: Up to 37 years as on 07/02/2026, relaxable for reserved categories as per norms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling comprehensive HR activities such as recruitment, performance appraisal, industrial relations, and administration.
  • Managing manpower planning, wage administration, training, and skill development for recruits and apprentices.

  • Cost & Works Accountant (CWA) / Cost Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
  • Full-Time MBA with specialization in Finance/Accounts from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
  • Full-Time MMS with specialization in Finance/Accounts from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.
  • Two-year full-time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance) from an AICTE-recognized institute, with minimum 60% marks.

Experience and Age Limit

Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as on 07/02/2026.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all financial functions including taxation, balance sheets, and statutory compliances.
  • Coordinating with internal, statutory auditors, and CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General of India).
  • Overseeing complete finance activities: chart of accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, receivables/payables, revenue billing, purchase finance, insurance, TDS, and GST matters.
  • Handling export/import and customs-related activities.
