Eligibility Criteria for Candidates
Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for the Trainer position must possess either of the following qualifications in the relevant engineering discipline:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an AICTE approved institution with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electrical & Electronics Engineering from an AICTE approved institution with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Desirable Experience
Experience in:
- Integrated Steel Plant or Secondary Steel Industries
- Government Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) will be considered an added advantage
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years as on 1st June 2025. Age relaxation policies may be applicable as per government norms.
