Eligibility Criteria
Research Assistant
Essential Qualifications:
– Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or related disciplines with a minimum of 55% marks.

– Knowledge of MS Office, SPSS, STATA, R, and qualitative data analysis tools.
– Experience in conducting fieldwork, surveys, or community-based research, especially related to public health, demography, or social sciences.
Job Responsibilities
Research Assistant
- Assisting in planning research activities and developing questionnaires.
- Participating in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Coordinating research activities and contributing to project publications.
- Supporting dissemination activities such as seminars and workshops.
Field Investigator
- Field Planning and Execution: Designing fieldwork plans, developing questionnaires, and executing surveys.
- Monitoring & Data Collection: Collecting primary data using mixed-method approaches including quantitative and qualitative techniques.
