Eligibility and Qualifications
For Chair Professor
- Ph.D. in relevant or allied disciplines with significant scholarly contributions and high-quality publications (minimum 10 in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals)
- Research Score of 120 as per UGC Appendix II, Table 2
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience at Assistant / Associate Professor and/or Professor levels, including successful guidance of doctoral candidates OR an outstanding professional with Ph.D. and substantial relevant experience
- Specialization in Dr. Ambedkar’s Thought & Philosophy, Education, Social Justice, Inclusion, or Harmony is desirable
For Assistant Professor
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant/ allied subjects from a recognized university or accredited foreign university
- NET/SET/SLET qualification or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016 (with prescribed exemption conditions)
