Eligibility Criteria
For Senior Capacity Building Consultant
Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Essential Experience
At least nine years of comprehensive, hands-on experience working at District, State, or National levels on key issues such as Panchayat Governance, Rural Development Programmes, Decentralized Planning, and Capacity Building & Training of Panchayats. The candidate should have experience in developing women & children initiatives and serving backward sections in rural areas.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in fieldwork related to capacity building and training under the Rural Governance and Service Delivery (RGSA) framework.
- Work in localization of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and preparation of LSDG-focused governance plans (GPDP, BPDP, DPDP).
- Development of training materials and conducting training sessions, including Training of Trainers (TOT).
For Capacity Building Consultant
Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Essential Experience
Minimum of seven years’ direct experience at District, State, or National levels on issues such as Panchayat governance, rural development projects, decentralised planning, and capacity building initiatives.
