Salary and Remuneration

The candidates appointed to these posts will recibir the following consolidated monthly salaries:

Eligibility Criteria

For Accountant

The candidate must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate with Honours.
  • Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Spread Sheets, Tally, and Presentation Packages.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Government or Non-Government organization.
  • Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Jhargram district.

For Data Entry Operator

The candidate must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 30 words per minute.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Government or Non-Government organization.
  • Residency: Must be a permanent resident of Jhargram district.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for both posts is 40 years as of 01.01.2026. However, age relaxations are applicable as follows:

  • Schedule Tribe (ST): 5-year relaxation.

Selection Process

For Data Entry Operator

The selection process involves several stages:

  1. Qualifying Typing Speed Test (30 WPM).
  2. Written Test (General Knowledge & Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Arithmetic, English – 40 marks).
  3. Computer Test (50 marks).
  4. Personality Test (10 marks).

For Accountant

  1. Written Test (General Knowledge & Current Affairs, General Mental Ability, Arithmetic, English, and Accountancy – 50 marks).
  2. Computer Test (40 marks).
  3. Personality Test (10 marks).

Applicants who qualify in the typing test or written test will be shortlisted for subsequent stages. The final merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained in the written, computer, and personality assessments, valid for one year. In case of a tie in marks, the older candidate as of 01.01.2026 will be given preference.
